Knit new season Rowan patterns for under £30
Rowan 2024 Spring Summer season has launched. It is packed to the rafters of fabulous patterns and inspiration. There are some truly aspirational pieces but there are also lots of really affordable knits meaning you can add to your stash guilt free! I’ve taken a walk around the collection and pulled together some of the best projects where the yarn costs will be under £30 or under £40*.
Knits under £30
Pollinate - a gorgeous top-down sweater combining Summerlite 4ply and Fine Lace starting at just £27.75.
Hibiscus – a two colour cropped waistcoat designed by Rowan Head of Design Lisa Richardson. Using Summerlite 4ply it starts at just £19.00.
Herb – Cost to Knit £17.50. Another Lisa Richardson classic. A vest in Fine Lace that will last for years.
Thyme – A beautiful, rose choker perfect to use up scraps of yarn.
The Relax vest top comes with a choice, do you want it lacey or not? Either version has a cost to knit starting at just £23.85.
Manon – a really pretty vest top with a on-trend frill and starting at just £27.75.
Zoe – a really useful lacy wrap, perfect to stave off the chill on a summer's evening and will cost just £28.50 in super soft Summerlite 4ply.
Knits under £40
Rosemary – really wearable and useful and oversized lace panel top by Erika Knight that starts at just £38.
Paradise – an intarsia shawl in beautiful bright colours designed by Chloe Thurlow and costs just £36.75 to make.
Roll – a slip stitch V neck in Summerlite 4ply that looks complicated but is really easy to do and the first size costs just £38.
There are four patterns in this mini book and they are all knitted for under £40, there’s a cardigan, wrap, vest and sweater and they are all really affordable and gorgeous makes too!
