Staff Project: Knitted Top in Rico Lazy Hazy Summer Cotton DK

Black Sheep Helen loves both knitting and crochet. You will often find her working away on something at lunchtime or helping recover stitches for another member of staff. She has a bit of a thing for green yarn and definitely can't resist a variegated green. A little known fact about Helen, she worked as head of design for Patons for many years. She recently dipped back into designing for our 40th anniversary collaboration with Simply Crochet magazine designing a crochet shawl and clutch.

How did you find the pattern? Did you make any adjustments? 
I added 2cm in length on the sleeve and 2cm to the length of the body. For the raglan shaping I came 1 stitch in to give better shape.

Have you used this yarn before? How did you find it?
Loved the yarn, never used it before. It knits up great and tension was spot on!


Would you recommend the pattern to someone else?
Yes definitely make it again. The size and raglan shaping works well.

It's a very good basic raglan shape.
