Corner to Corner Crochet Afternoon Workshop with tutor, Claire Montgomerie
Friday 20th June 2025 | 1.30pm - 4.30pm
An introduction to the very popular and addictive Corner to Corner Crochet colourwork technique. This fun technique is, as you would expect, worked from one corner to the other, rather than bottom up and it is perfect for creating colourful pixel-style designs. In this introductory class, we will be working on a much simpler, block colourwork pattern that is just as striking and would be perfect for a cushion.
This is a half day workshop where the techniques for C2C crochet, including how to increase and decrease and change colour in this technique, are shown and practiced, then the cushion is begun, to be finished at home.
You will need to bring 4mm hook, darning needle and scissors
Skill level: Improver, participants must at least know the basic stitches, UK double crochet, half treble and treble crochet and how to follow a basic pattern using these
There are 10 places on this workshop.
