Learn to Crochet AM Workshop with tutor, Sarah Daly
Saturday 22nd March 2025 | 9.30am - 12.30pm
Objectives for the day:
1. Making a chain
2. Double crochet (dc)
3. Half treble (htr)
4. Treble (tr).
We will begin the session by learning the importance of the chain by creating an even chain which is the foundation of all crochet.
We will go on to create 3 pieces of crochet using each stitch in turn. Learning how to keep edges straight.
Sarah will provide a pattern to make one pair of fingerless mittens using all three stitches learnt. It may be possible to start this on the day or you may need to take it away to start.
No Previous knowledge of crochet is needed but feel free to come on to refresh your skills.
We will provide a crochet hook and yarn.
There are 10 places on this workshop.
